Here's a stupid first try at it which turned out effing shitty.

Here's a second try which is just as ugly. If not, even uglier.
The layer orders are a bit screwed up and the position of the heart's damn off.
And YY was complaining about my sucky colour combi.

Ok, besides the fact that I didn't clean up the Jr. Pepe properly, I think it's not that harmful to the human eye.
